Dogs West is pleased to announce the introduction of a new award to the Top Dog Awards program - Top Trick Dog of the Year.

This exciting addition recognises the achievements of dogs competing in Advanced Trick Tests across Western Australia, based on their best qualifying scores throughout the year.

Clarification of Qualifying Period
Following the recent advertisement, we would like to clarify that the first qualifying period has not yet commenced.

The inaugural qualifying period will run from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 with the first Top Trick Dog of the Year award to be presented in 2027.

Please note that any scores achieved prior to 1 July 2026 will not be eligible for this award.
